Though I have taken another course prior to this one, but decided to start with the basic class to begin again. I am glad I did for the new learning experience! It was wonderful to learn more background about the inks, color combinations and how they function, to make better selections during the process of creating a painting. It is great to learn to manipulate the inks with more control, as well as be able to manage a freer style as well.
The techniques were explained in a way that may be duplicated and the videos are very helpful, timing is great, not too slow or fast. They also do not have distracting music, but guidance as Sheryl demonstrates her techniques.
It is great to have a demonstration with which one can follow, rewind and watch again. I like that Sheryl builds on each skill, helping you then begin to combine and incorporate them into the next paintings. I am looking forward to the next level classes, have completed Level 1 just going to begin the adventures of Level 2.
